About the Position
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) to join our dedicated veterinary team. This is a full-time position for a credentialed technician who values high-quality medicine, teamwork, and excellent client care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to canine and feline patients
- Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, and treatments
- Perform and monitor anesthesia, including induction, maintenance, and recovery
- Obtain and process laboratory samples (blood, urine, fecal, cytology)
- Take and process digital radiographs
- Place IV catheters and perform venipuncture
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
- Accurately maintain medical records
- Educate clients on preventive care, medications, and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized hospital environment
- Work collaboratively with veterinarians and support staff
Qualifications
- Current Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT) required
- Previous clinical veterinary experience required (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia monitoring and patient care
- Excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with electronic medical records preferred
