Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Football Coach to support our athletic program and help develop student-athletes’ skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The following positions are available:
- Assistant Offensive Line
- Assistant Defensive Line
- JV Head Coach
Responsibilities
- Assist head coach in planning and conducting football practices and games
- Support player development through skill instruction and drills
- Help manage team logistics, including equipment setup and maintenance
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for student-athletes
- Contribute to behavior management and discipline during practices and games
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy competition among players
- Support the organization of team events, tournaments, and community outreach activities
- Provide mentorship and positive guidance to students in both athletic and personal development
Requirements
- Prior experience in coaching football
- Experience working with athletes at the High School level
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate young athletes
- Passion for skill development
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
