We pride ourselves on professionalism, compassion, and results-driven representation.Position OverviewWe are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Pre-Suit Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury claims before litigation and will serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation process. This role involves managing a caseload, gathering and organizing documentation, communicating with insurance adjusters, and supporting attorneys in developing strong claims.Key Responsibilities:Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-suit personal injury claims through settlement.Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.Order and track medical records, bills, and other documentation related to client treatment.Review medical records to summarize injuries, treatment, and outstanding items.Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies and adjusters under attorney guidance.Draft and prepare demand packages, including summaries of liability, damages, and supporting evidence.Ensure all case information is organized and updated in case management software.Coordinate treatment referrals and monitor client medical progress.Assist attorneys with case evaluation and settlement preparation.Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.Qualifications:Seven to ten years prior experience in personal injury pre-litigation case management.Strong understanding of personal injury process, insurance claims, and medical terminology.Excellent communication and client service skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with case management software.High level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.We Offer:Competitive pay will commensurate with experience, with opportunities for performance bonuses.Employer paid health insurance, with optional dental, vision, and other benefits.Paid time off, sick days, and paid holidays.
