We are looking for an experienced Lead Fence Installer / Crew Leader to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead a crew, and has extensive experience installing residential and commercial fencing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a fence installation crew
- Install wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link, and specialty fencing
- Read work orders and ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and jobsite safety standards
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate professionally with customers and management
- Keep projects on schedule and ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate tools and equipment needed for fence installation
Requirements
- 5 years of fence installation experience required
- Crew leader or construction leadership experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems, manage a crew, and keep projects moving efficiently
