What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal position at Osborne & Associates PLLC?
Perform a wide range of tasks designed to keep cases organized and efficient that might include legal research, document drafting (preparing letters, motions, contracts, wills, power of attorneys, briefs, petitions, discovery requests/responses, notice of appearances and more), and performing a variety of administrative tasks including answering and responding to phone calls, responding to and sending emails, electronic court filing, electronic case filing, maintaining calendar for attorney, scheduling of client meetings and court proceedings, copying, and faxing. Additional duties as assigned. Must be efficient with technology skills, organization, and writing.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
