Production Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive performance, and support a strong, safety-first team. If you’re a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets.
• Lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable for production tasks.
• Monitor KPIs and daily reports; address issues quickly to keep operations on track.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment (OSHA company standards).
• Manage production schedules and adjust to customer demand, equipment downtime, and workflow changes.
• Train, coach, and cross-train team members to build skill depth and flexibility.
• Address performance issues with consistent coaching and documentation.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve production challenges.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/Operations or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of supervisory experience; experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
• Experience with Lean/Kaizen/5S is a plus.
• Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and lead teams through change.
