What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Operator LR position at OSBORN LLC?
- Supports and works within the established safety rules and procedures
- Follows all established procedures as defined in the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Reads and understands blue prints
- Operates NC & CNC machine tools (mills & lathes) and manual support machines (drill press, bench and tool grinder, saws, etc.)
- Performs MIG welding
- Operates precision measuring equipment, transfers data to Quality Control worksheets
- Organizes and records production data / material usage to Work Orders
- Assists in general operations, such as cleanup, inventory maintenance, etc. as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Qualifications:

- High school graduate
- Basic math skills equivalent to a High School level math program
- Able to determine dimensional measurements and to perform basic calculations
- Good mechanical aptitude (Bennett Mechanical Assessment required)
- Able to perform as a self-directed worker or within a team environment
