## Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/File Clerk to join our team. The Receptionist/File Clerk will be responsible for inbound phone processing (including taking messages, following up with clients); the position also requires organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring efficient document management within the organization. ## Duties - Organize and maintain physical and digital files - Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records - Assist in file retrieval for staff members - Ensure proper labeling and categorization of documents - Support other administrative tasks as needed ## Qualifications - Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail - Experience in clerical or administrative roles is a plus - Proficiency in computerized filing systems - Familiarity with calendar management and project coordination - Knowledge of clerical procedures and front desk operations - Excellent phone etiquette skills This position offers an opportunity to develop your organizational skills in a professional setting.
