Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fishers, IN, for a Licensed Insurance Agent. The Licensed Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing expert guidance to clients on policy options, and assisting with coverage inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves leveraging financial acumen to recommend suitable insurance solutions based on clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance policies, and Insurance Brokerage, not required.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast paced work environment
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on communication and relationship building
• Current and valid state-issued insurance license not required
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is considered but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site environment

Compensation

• Base salary of $50,000 and monthly and year end bonuses that average $10,000 the first year
