Hello! We are Osborn Health and Rehabilitation. We are seeking Registered Nurses looking to expand their knowledge and grow with one of the fastest growing leadership companies in Arizona. We are looking for self-driven, highly motivated registered nurses that are looking to become leaders in the skilled-nursing environment. This is a paid internship program to assist in developing the tools and knowledge in leadership needed to be an effective Director of Nursing.

- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.

- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
- Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices.'

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
