We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As an intermediate level Ecommerce & CS Specialist, you will work with our team to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving sales of our medical equipment products.
Responsibilities:
- Uploading and updating products on Amazon, TikTok shop and Shopify
- Creating ads, email campaigns, and social media content
- Managing inventory control, including forecasting and performance reporting
- Communicating and responding to customer phone calls and emails
- Tracking and reporting FDA product claim updates
- Processing customer claims, including shipping replacements or new products as needed
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with product listings and updates on Amazon, TikTok shop and Shopify
- Experience with creating email campaigns, ads, and social media content
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the medical equipment industry is a plus
- Bilingual fluency in Korean and English is preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
