Duties
- Assist with meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks and ingredient prep
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Properly store ingredients and manage inventory to prevent waste
- Follow food safety standards and sanitation procedures at all times
- Help with serving food to customers when needed
- Assist with catering events and special functions as required
- Ensure all kitchen areas are organized and hygienic throughout shifts
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with cooking techniques are advantageous
