Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their To-Go orders in a lively, engaging manner
- Prepare and package food orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Manage order pickups with accuracy using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure timely order completion and delivery to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the To-Go station, including packaging supplies and work area
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Follow phone etiquette protocols when taking orders over the phone or assisting guests remotely
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and ready for pickup on time
Qualifications
- Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred; experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in hotel or guest services can be beneficial but is not required
- Demonstrated teamwork skills and a positive attitude that promotes a lively, energetic environment
