What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Worker - Fairfax position at Osage Nation Health Center?
Daily assistance with the preparation and delivery of home-delivered meals in Osage Nation delivery service area. Delivery routes begin each day at 9:30 am. The Site Worker will maintain a sociable and friendly demeanor that boosts dialogue with the Elder Nutrition meal clients.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current and valid Driver’s License
- 6 or more months of experience in a customer service-based setting
- Intermediate proficiency in basic computer skills

- Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents Elder Nutrition and the Osage Nation Health System
- Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics.
- Requires a high level of problem solving skills
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times
- Requires good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or Nation vehicles
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pass drug/alcohol testing
