What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech position at Osage Nation Health Center?
Responsible for overall maintenance and repair of structures and grounds of the Si Si A-Pe-Txa Health System to include but not limited to landscaping, basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of maintenance and/or construction experience
- Advanced knowledge and ability to safely operate zero turn lawn mowers, weed trimmers, grass blowers and other various lawn care equipment utilized by the maintenance staff
- Willing and able to lift 75 lbs. and drag or pull 100 lbs.
General Qualifications
- Mechanical, electrical and plumbing training certifications preferred
- Must be able to receive instruction and carry out assigned tasks.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work all hours/shifts, as needed
- Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics
- Requires a high level of problem solving skills
- Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions
- Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicle
