What You'll Do
- Keep things moving: Chase down updates, follow up on info requests, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between our team and our customers.
- Coordinate samples: Order them, track them, and get them where they need to go, on time.
- Handle the paperwork: Project briefs, reports, and all the documentation that keeps projects running smoothly.
- Keep everyone in the loop: Regular status updates on where projects stand, what's coming next, and what needs attention.
- Own the CRM: Keep Pipedrive current with notes, updates, and forecasts so product managers always know what's going on.
- Team up with sales: Help build solutions for customers, grow relationships with new accounts, and flag opportunities you spot along the way.
- Spot what's next: Keep an eye out for new business in food, beverage, and nutrition.

- You've worked in a CRM before (Pipedrive is a bonus)

Where This Role Goes
