We’re hiring a Real Estate Transaction Specialist to help coordinate and close complex investment transactions, including 1031 exchanges. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in title, escrow, brokerage operations, or real estate transactions who want exposure to institutional-level deals and sophisticated investment structures.

Osage Exchange is a leader in facilitating tax-deferred 1031 exchange programs for real estate investment firms, including publicly traded and institutional clients. Our team helped pioneer the 1031/UPREIT structure now widely used across the industry.
What You’ll Do
- Manage real estate transactions from contract through closing and post-close
- Serve as a key point of contact for investors, advisors, and transaction partners
- Guide clients through the investment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Review and coordinate closing and subscription documents
- Track critical deadlines (including 1031 exchange timelines)
- Communicate proactively to keep all parties aligned and informed
- Identify and resolve issues that could delay closing
What We’re Looking For
Preferred background:
- 2 years in real estate transactions, title, escrow, or brokerage operations
- Strong understanding of the closing process and transaction flow
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously
- Confident communicator (phone email) with a client-first mindset
Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience with 1031 exchanges or investment transactions
- Exposure to REITs, fund administration, or investor onboarding
- Familiarity with platforms like iCapital, AIX, or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
