Deputy Sheriff / School Resource Officer (SRO)

The Osage County Sheriff’s Office is accepting applications for a full-time Deputy Sheriff / School Resource Officer. We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to serve in a proactive law enforcement agency within a busy rural community.

Pay: $23.75 - 24.75/hour starting

Minimum Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Kansas driver’s license
• Pass background investigation and psychological exam
• No felony or disqualifying misdemeanor convictions
• KSCPOST preferred but not required
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
