Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery efforts supporting mission systems aligned to NASIC operations at Wright-Patterson AFB. This role requires a cleared leader with experience managing secure cloud modernization programs in classified environments. The ideal candidate will drive execution across cross-functional technical teams, ensuring delivery of secure, integration-heavy systems within Agile frameworks. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program delivery in classified cloud environments Manage scope, schedule, risk, and cost across multi-disciplinary teams Coordinate integration across mission systems and data environments Oversee secure cloud modernization and digital transformation efforts Interface with government stakeholders and senior leadership Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements (RMF, STIG, etc.) Support DevSecOps-enabled development lifecycles Drive Agile execution while maintaining security and compliance rigor Required Qualifications Active security clearance (or recently held) DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security or equivalent) 5 years managing technical programs in cleared environments Experience delivering in secure cloud ecosystems Agile/Scrum program leadership experience Strong understanding of system integration and mission platforms Preferred Qualifications IC or cross-domain environment experience Cloud modernization program leadership DevSecOps delivery environments AI/ML-enabled mission systems exposure About OSAAVA Services OSAAVA Services is a mission-focused Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in cybersecurity and enterprise IT services.
