Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hr (based on shift)

About the Role

OS4Labor is hiring on behalf of a U.S. client for a Warehouse Associate at a leading 3PL warehouse and distribution center supporting major retail operations. We’re looking for dependable, safety-oriented individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare products for shipment manually and using powered industrial equipment such as motorized pallet jacks and reach trucks.
• Package and handle customer products safely and efficiently by following Line Lead and Quality Lead instructions.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and report any noncompliance.
• Maintain safety standards and assist in enforcing safety rules throughout the facility.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish encouraged).
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Able to work 10 hour shifts standing, walking, or sitting.
• Must provide and wear steel-toed shoes.
• Comfortable working at heights; Cherry Picker training is provided.
• Must pass a drug test.
• No high school diploma, GED, or driver’s license required.

Compensation

• $18.00–$20.00/hr, depending on shift (day or night).
• Shift availability may vary based on client needs; candidates must be open to either schedule.
