Job Summary
We are seeking a BOH and FOH Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing excellent customer service and support in a dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Support other team members as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
