Role Description
We are seeking a Field Representative for a full-time remote role. The Field Representative will be responsible for providing on-site and virtual support, delivering training sessions, and assisting dental practices in adopting and utilizing Oryx Dental Software. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, offering exceptional customer service, facilitating software implementation, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and product adoption.

- Field Service and Training skills to assist clients in implementing and utilizing software solutions effectively.
