About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty within the retail trade industry. This position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. The representative will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive. By effectively managing customer relationships, the representative will contribute to the overall success of the organization. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting any issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills:

The required skills for this role include strong communication abilities, which are essential for effectively interacting with customers and addressing their needs. Problem-solving skills are also crucial, as representatives must quickly identify issues and provide appropriate solutions. Attention to detail is important for accurately documenting customer interactions and ensuring that all information is correct. 

Salary : $18 - $20
