About the Role

We are seeking a hands on and motivated Associate Art Director, Studio to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a creative with strong production and design skills who thrives on supporting campaign execution, ensuring consistency, and collaborating with senior leaders on asset delivery.

As an Associate Art Director, Studio, you will work across digital, social, and print channels—producing and adapting assets, supporting photography and video shoots, and ensuring all creative maintains brand standards. You will play a key role in the design and production process, helping to bring ideas to life with precision and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support Creative team/studio and Brand Leads in the execution and production of campaign and evergreen assets.
• Adapt and resize creative across multiple formats (digital, social, e-commerce, paid media, retail, and print).
• Assists on PDP shoot decks, assisting with preparation of prepro requirements, and asset organization from concept through post-production.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, e-commerce, social, etc.) to deliver assets on time and aligned with channel requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Stay current on design tools and production techniques to bring efficiencies to the studio process.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience design, ideally within an in-house studio, agency, or creative production team.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong executional design skills across digital, social, and print formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong working knowledge of Figma
• Familiarity with motion graphics tools (After Effects a plus) and digital production workflows.
• Strong understanding of production processes, file prep, and delivery for both digital and print.
• Able to upload assets and meta data to the digital asset management system.
• Knowledge of naming convention and server protocol.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced studio environment.
• A collaborative team player who thrives on supporting larger creative initiatives and ensuring flawless execution.
