BILINGUAL LEGAL RECEPTIONIST
Ortiz Immigration Law Firm - GARLAND TEXAS. (English/Spanish)
Required work Schedule:
MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-6PM AND SATURDAYS 9AM-4PM With one hour lunch every day, half hour lunch on Saturday.
The Ortiz Law Firm is looking for a Bilingual Legal Receptionist who is highly motivated and ready to be part of a fast-paced, friendly and hard working professional team.
The position description:
The person in this position will be the first face a new client sees when they walk in the door and work closely with attorneys and paralegals.
To apply for this position you should meet the following minimum requirements:
1) Be bilingual (English and Spanish),
2) Be able to work the required schedule
3) Have completed GED or High School,
4) Be able to do the following: answer the phone, greet clients and answer questions for customers as well as set appointments in English and Spanish, assist coworkers with paperwork and assignments, create and maintain files, handle and document payments and be flexible to multitask.
5) Be able to treat everyone with a friendly and professional attitude at all times
6) Have experience serving customers, answering phones, taking payments and working with legal forms
7) Be punctual
8) Be excited about fast paced work
9) Be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and pass a criminal background check
