Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic is seeking candidates for a Patient Registration Greeter for a Monday through Friday opportunity with flexible scheduling at our Knoxville Orthopedic Clinics. This Patient Registration Greeter role Supports clinical and revenue cycle teams in the day-to-day operations of the front desk by ensuring excellent customer service and patient throughput. Greets and serves patients who enter the clinic lobby in a friendly, professional, caring, service-oriented manner, directing them to check in via kiosks. This position will be an active, on your feet position, working shifts of 3-5 hours at a time in a busy clinic answering questions and helping patients with questions.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and assist with kiosk check-in
- Answer questions and support patient flow in a busy clinic
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Must enjoy working with patients of all ages
- Have strong communication skills
- Be dependable and willing to learn new processes
- Must be comfortable being active and on your feet throughout the day
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Medical office experience preferred
