At OrthoSynetics, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who combines creativity with craftsmanship. Someone who can take an idea and transform it into compelling visual experiences across multiple platforms. Motion graphics, video editing, AI tools, emerging media, animation, interactive content — the creative landscape is constantly evolving, and we’re looking for someone eager to evolve with it. You’ll work with orthodontic, pediatric dental, and retail healthcare brands across the country, helping shape everything from logos and websites to social campaigns, video content, and full brand identities. No two days look the same here, and that’s exactly how we like it.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and execute designs from initial idea through final production
- Translate project direction and marketing objectives into engaging, strategic visual solutions that strengthen brand identity
- Design across a variety of marketing channels including digital, print, social media, web, video, and environmental graphics
- Maintain brand consistency and uphold visual communication standards across all deliverables
- Present creative work clearly and confidently, including design rationale and strategic thinking
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors and fellow creative team members to develop innovative campaigns and ideas
- Design modern, user-friendly, and mobile-responsive websites
- Contribute ideas that help evolve and elevate client brands
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with strong design fundamentals, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine passion for creative work.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2 years of experience concepting, designing, and producing marketing campaigns for brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple mediums including:
- Branding & logo design
- Social media campaigns
- Web design
- Animation
- Out-of-home advertising
- Direct mail
- Signage & promotional materials
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of current design and marketing trends
- Exceptional attention to detail, including typography, layout, spacing, photography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creatively driven environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field preferred
