Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inventory and Customer Service Manager role based in Nashville, TN. The Inventory and Customer Service Manager will oversee day-to-day inventory operations, including forecasting stock needs, managing stock levels, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate records in inventory systems. The role includes monitoring product usage and turnover, reconciling discrepancies, organizing periodic cycle counts, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and healthcare regulations. The manager will lead and support the customer service function by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring timely, accurate communication with clients and internal teams. This position will collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics to improve processes, optimize inventory performance, and promote a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management, including stock control, demand planning, and inventory analysis.
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with a focus on timely, solution-oriented communication.
• Proficiency with inventory and ERP or CRM systems, and solid Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of healthcare, medical devices, or related regulated environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
