Our flagship product, DIBS AI, is the world’s largest digital indirect bonding system for precision orthodontic bracket placement. Precise bracket placement maximizes doctor efficiency and shortens patient treatment time.
Purpose & Mission
The mission for this role is to locate and entice doctors to book a demo of DIBS AI. You will be responsible for building brand authority, managing digital ecosystems, and driving high-quality lead generation to fuel the company's growth.
Key Outcomes & Success Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by the following monthly and quarterly benchmarks:
- YouTube Lead Gen: Generate 4 video or live demonstrations per month via YouTube.
- Ad Performance: Generate 4 video or live demonstrations per month via Google and/or Facebook.
- Social "Heartbeat": Maintain a consistent heartbeat of progress, activity, and growth on all social media platforms.
- Conversion Optimization: Improve website conversion rate to 2% (Conversion is a demo request).
- Brand Authority: Accurately portray and standardize the company brand to create the impression that we are larger than we are.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities (Critical)
- Digital Media Management: Create and manage all digital media, including content creation, websites, messaging, and lead generation.
- Trade Show Management: Handle the schedule, messaging, booth layout, design, and logistics for trade show events.
- Performance Analysis: Track and measure performance metrics across all marketing channels.
Secondary Responsibilities (Important)
- Website Design: Execute design improvements and general management of the company website.
- Graphic Design: Create professional designs for brochures, print ads, posters, and other collateral.
- Ad Execution: Manage the creation and posting of both digital & print advertisements.
- Customer Support: Support and take on customer service assignments as needed.
