Location: On-site in Columbia Fall, Kalispell or Whitefish , MT
Schedule: Full-time, typically a 4-day/10-hour schedule

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Montana Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed to help patients achieve their goals
- Instruct and progress therapeutic exercise programs
- Provide therapeutic interventions and treatment techniques as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
- Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Physical Therapist
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
- Contribute to a positive patient experience and supportive clinic environment
