What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse - Prep Team position at Orthopedic Surgery Center of Green Bay?
The PREP Team Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting all surgical patients (total and non-total joint) in becoming prepared for their upcoming surgery which includes but is not limited to collecting the patient’s medical and surgical history and medications and scheduling any preoperative appointments needed.
- This position is a 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week), would prefer candidate to orientate full-time, 5 days a week.
Education and Experience:
- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse License.
- Must be BLS Certified within six (6) months of hire and maintain certification throughout employment.
- Prior experience in an ASC or operating room environment is strongly preferred.

Salary : $81,994 - $107,019
