In this role, you will provide quality, evidence-based, and individualized plans of care that include assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to help patients achieve optimal recovery and well-being. Your patient caseload will be primarily a mix of general orthopedics, pre and post op care, and sports-related injuries. OSPT is located in a new, state-of-the-art building with a functional training/fitness center next door that any sports enthusiast would love!
Your focus will be clinical excellence and superior outcomes. You will have 40 minutes to treat and will own your own schedule. We don't count visits or push productivity standards: your success is gauged on patient engagement, satisfaction, and results.

- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care focused on restoring movement, strength, and function.
- Developing and progressing individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation techniques
- Educating and motivating patients to stay engaged in their recovery and long-term wellness
- Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care
- Accurately documenting treatment sessions and outcomes in Prompt EMR system
