What You’ll Do:
- Review, screen & interview Clinical Support applicants
- Make recommendations to hiring managers
- Manage job postings & candidate communications
- Coordinate offers, onboarding, & 45-day check-ins
- Support hiring events & track recruiting metrics
- Source candidates via networking, social, CRM & job boards
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years HR/recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- High school diploma/GED required; HR/Business degree preferred
- HR Software Skills: ATS, HCM, CRM, Microsoft Office
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification desirable
