We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This position partners closely with licensed Physical Therapists and orthopedic providers to help patients regain mobility, improve function, decrease pain, and return to daily activities safely and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment programs established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Observe patient performance and communicate changes in status, response to treatment, and functional progress
- Assist with implementation of individualized rehabilitation plans focused on mobility, strength, pain reduction, and functional independence
- Document treatments, patient response, and daily progress accurately within the medical record
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety recommendations, and home programs
- Support discharge planning and transition of care recommendations
- Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and clinical staff to promote effective treatment outcomes
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgement while working efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license required
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- BLS certification required
- Prior outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic clinical setting while maintaining excellent patient care
Pay: $52,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
