Our highly visible Patient Registrars are responsible for greeting and checking in patients, gathering and entering patient demographics, obtaining insurance information, collecting co-pays, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma plus a minimum of two years’ experience in a medical office with a background in patient registration and an understanding of different insurance carriers and plans. Your attentiveness to detail, excellent customer service skills, and ability to multi-task and be flexible in a changing environment will contribute to your success in this position.

Responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to:
- Registering patients, including gathering and entering/updating demographic and insurance information
- Scheduling appointments
- Collecting co-pays
- Assisting patients with health histories
- Rooming patients

Requirements
- High School diploma plus a minimum of two years of experience in a medical office with registration background
- Knowledge of medical insurances
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Epic EMR software, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation
