GENERAL SUMMARY: Provides critical administrative and operational support to the Pricing and Contracts team. This role ensures the timely creation, review, organization, and tracking of pricing proposals and customer contracts.

- Assist in preparing pricing proposals, quotes, and cost analyses for customers.
- Maintain pricing logs, version control, and supporting documentation.
- Update pricing sheets, rate cards, and internal reference materials.
- Coordinate the internal review and approval process for pricing requests.
- Ensure pricing documents comply with internal guidelines and audit requirements.
- Support drafting, formatting, and assembling customer contract packages.
- Review contracts for completeness, accuracy, and required attachments.
- Track contract lifecycle stages include drafting, review, approval, and renewal.
- Maintain a centralized library of executed agreements and addendums.
- Coordinate with the Legal, Commercial, and Finance teams to resolve missing information.
- Manage team calendars, meeting scheduling, and coordination of pricing and contract calls.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and dashboards for contract status and pricing activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive commercial information.
- Support special projects including pricing updates, contract audits, or system transitions.
- Leverage AI tools to automate processes to enhance efficiency.
