We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and relationship-driven Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer as we continue building one of the premier orthopedic organizations in the Mountain West.
This is not a traditional administrative role.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Partner closely with executive leadership to support strategic priorities and operational initiatives
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel, meetings, and executive logistics
- Coordinate Board, leadership, and executive meetings including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up
- Draft and manage executive communications, presentations, reports, and business documents
- Track projects, deadlines, and organizational priorities to help maintain accountability and momentum
- Support executive operations through proactive planning, organization, and workflow coordination
- Serve as a key liaison across leaders, physicians, departments, and external partners
- Help create a polished, organized, and service-oriented environment for executives, staff, and visitors

Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of executive administrative support experience required
- Seven (7) years supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives preferred
- Healthcare or operational leadership support experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency required
