Do you have experience being an Administrative Assistant at the Executive Suite level?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team
Responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Organizing/filing and keeping track of contracts, licenses, and credentialing
- Assisting with credentialing of providers
- Maintaining patient records, inputting data, and preparing reports
- Paying invoices and processing payments
– Working with IT to maintain office computer equipment
– Handling office supplies and ordering
- Following up with clients to resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely billing of services rendered
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task effectively, a good knowledge of medical billing, and previous experience as an Administrative Assistant. Previous experience in billing or accounting is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks is a must. College graduate is preferred. Multi-lingual is a plus.
