SUMMARY:
Luskin Orthopaedic Institute for Children (LuskinOIC), a nonprofit pediatric orthopaedic hospital serving Los Angeles for over 114 years, is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Senior Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will help advance the Institute's mission, services, and programs across digital and print channels—including social media, email campaigns, website content, collateral, and event materials. Working under the direction of the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, you will help develop and execute marketing strategies that raise brand awareness, strengthen the organization's reputation, deepen community engagement, and support fundraising initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of children who face barriers to orthopaedic care.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the hospital's brand, services, and programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify marketing objectives, target audiences, and key messages.
Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, digital content, and social media posts.
Manage the hospital's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing materials, including liaising with designers, printers, and other vendors.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive community engagement, raise awareness, and support fundraising initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain and update the hospital's social media platforms, engaging with followers, and fostering a sense of community.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs.
Collaborate with the development team to align marketing efforts with fundraising goals and support donor cultivation and stewardship.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
