Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at our Fort Walton Beach, FL location. The Physical Therapist will assess patients, develop and implement customized treatment plans, and assist patients in improving their physical functionality and quality of life. Responsibilities include evaluating patient progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, educating patients on injury prevention and wellness, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role necessitates a commitment to compassionate care and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
- Proficient in patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation techniques
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises and equipment usage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain thorough and accurate patient records
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida and a degree from an accredited physical therapy program
