Front desk coordinator working on our Carrell Clinic Dallas team. Greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone. Obtaining all patient demographics, insurance information, and referral information. Scan and enter tests, such as MRIs, CTs, etc.
Pay listed is minimum hourly rate and can vary based on skills and experience. Full-time position offering benefits (including health care, paid time off, retirement, day care assistance and annual bonuses).
Qualifications:- Experience working in an office environment.
