Responsibilities and Duties
All aspects of patient scheduling, office scheduling, office communication and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Applicants MUST have at least a year of experience as a front office scheduling coordinator in a dental or orthodontic office or similar field (high end customer relations experience included)
- Requires excellent verbal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- You MUST be outgoing, engaging, a self-starter, take pride in your work, and have a desire to be a part of an incredible and fun team!
- Excellent proficiency with computers, and with social media is a plus!
- Experience on Dolphin Management System a plus
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaker is a plus
- Available Monday through Thursday from 8am-6pm and one Saturday a month from 8am-1pm. Part-time hours must include afternoons between 1-5pm. Full-time hours start at 32 hours per week

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
