What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new patients, guiding them through their initial consultation and treatment plan.
• Educate patients and parents on orthodontic options, explaining the benefits of treatment and financial arrangements.
• Present and close treatment contracts, helping patients make confident decisions about their smiles.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage follow-up communications.
