Lab Manager for Orthodontic Dental Laboratory
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys keeping people and processes organized, and takes pride in making sure work is completed accurately and on time. Previous dental, orthodontic, or dental laboratory experience is highly preferred and extremely helpful, but exceptional organizational and management skills are equally important.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily workflow and organization of the laboratory
- Track incoming cases, production schedules, due dates, and outgoing cases
- Ensure cases move efficiently through each stage of production and help identify potential delays before they affect turnaround times
- Coordinate priorities and workloads with laboratory technicians
- Maintain accurate case information and production records
- Communicate professionally with orthodontic offices regarding cases, prescriptions, due dates, and questions
- Assist with inventory, supplies, shipping, and general laboratory operations
- Help maintain a clean, organized, professional, and efficient work environment
- Work closely with ownership to implement and maintain laboratory systems, procedures, and workflow improvements
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills who can confidently manage multiple priorities at once. The right person should be dependable, detail oriented, comfortable working with computers and digital systems, and capable of communicating professionally with both our team and our orthodontic offices.
Knowledge of dentistry, orthodontics, dental terminology, or dental laboratory procedures is a major plus. Previous experience managing a dental office, orthodontic office, dental laboratory, or similar production based environment would be especially valuable.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
