Overview:
Due to growth, OrthoCenter New Jersey is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Red Bank, NJ. Full-time is preferred, up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. Caseload / Patient Population: The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team! Full-time PTs should expect to treat an average of 15-16 patients per day. The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported. Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this full-time position will start in the ballpark of $80,000 per year and increases depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available. Full comprehensive package, including 401k and profit sharing. Work Schedule: The clinic is open Monday – Friday, 8a-5p. Flexible schedules are available based on the needs of the clinician hired. No weekends. No holidays! In this role, you have autonomy to work the schedule that works best for you!
