You will provide MedTech leadership with data-driven insights to identify NPI-level opportunities, reduce Cost of Customer Acquisition (CAC), and increase Lifetime Customer Value (LCV). You must possess a comprehensive understanding of how Medical Education, Field Sales, and Marketing Communications must align to drive surgeon adoption and product growth.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Strategic Growth (PrimeMD)
- Drive PrimeMD Adoption: Lead the full enterprise sales cycle for the PrimeMD platform, from prospecting and technical demonstrations to closing multi-year SaaS agreements with MedTech leaders.
- Strategic Integration: Consult with Sales Operations and Commercial Excellence teams to demonstrate how Orthobullets engagement data integrates into existing CRM/Sales pipelines to fuel field sales efforts.
- Revenue Performance: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the orthopedic sector to achieve and surpass aggressive sales targets.
High-Value Partnership Management
- Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with "Big Ortho" (e.g., Zimmer Biomet, DePuy Synthes) and emerging MedTech innovators.
- Integrated Campaigns: Design and present complex, multi-channel educational partnerships (Webinars, Cases, and Video Blasts) that serve as top-of-funnel lead generation for the PrimeMD system.
- The Education-to-Sales Bridge: Position Orthobullets as the essential data link, proving how educational engagement directly informs and enhances manufacturer sales opportunities.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor campaign performance via our real-time analytics platform and provide clients with actionable recommendations.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver high-level reports showcasing campaign effectiveness, surgeon engagement "touches," and clear ROI for marketing spend.
Qualifications
- Industry Tenure: 5–10 years of direct experience in Orthopedic Medical Device Sales. This is a fundamental requirement for understanding the complexities of the surgeon-representative relationship.
- Domain Expertise: Expert knowledge of orthopedic sales, with a specific focus on the synergy between medical education, clinical marketing, and field sales execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
