As a Legal Operations Specialist with OrthoArizona, you will get to:
- Ensure organization and completeness of case files.
- Upload imaging (DICOM files) for cases, ensuring completeness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all medical records/imaging related inquiries.
- Able to prioritize based on urgency of the case files (deadlines, appointments, etc.)
- Able to work ahead and be sure that records are received in a timely manner.
- Other clerical/operational duties as needed.
- Able to track records received as well as anything pending.
- Experience with Outlook, Work, Google Drive, and PDF.
- Detailed oriented
- Extremely organized.
