South Bend Orthopedics is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Carmichael office. Previous outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine backgrounds preferred. NEW GRADS WELCOME!
2,500 Sign-On Bonus with a 1-year commitment!
This position will be responsible for providing patient care including assessing, interpreting, planning, and implementing special physical therapy treatments.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Assess patient condition, establish goals, treatments and care plan in conjunction with patient
- Ensure appropriate treatment is performed in interdisciplinary fashion
- Document findings, treatments, and other patient information for medical record
- Educate patient on appropriate care and use of various therapies / exercises
- Comply with appropriate clinic policies
- Serve as information / education resource for patients, families, and staff.
- Other duties as assigned
