Responsibilities
- Strategic marketing: Execute developed plan, a multi-faceted marketing program that aligns with the practice's business goals.
- Patient acquisition and Content Creation: manage campaigns to attract new patients using targeted messaging about the practice's specialties and physicians, may partner with 3rd party vendors
- Digital presence management: Creates and oversee the practice's online footprint, including the website, social media, and online review platforms.
- Reputation management: Monitor patient feedback and online reviews and respond appropriately to maintain a positive and professional brand image.
- Collaboration with Physician Liaison teams for
- Event planning: Coordinate community outreach programs, health fairs, community and educational events to build brand awareness.
- Managing Sponsorship: Manage sponsor relationships and community partners.
- Physician relations: Develop and maintain relationships with other referring physicians and healthcare partners to ensure a steady patient referral network.
- Data analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using metrics.
- Regulatory compliance: Ensure all marketing activities, including the use of patient information, adhere to healthcare regulations like HIPAA and relevant state laws.
Qualifications and skills
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is typically required, or equivalent work experience in place of degree.
- Experience: Three years of marketing experience. A background in the healthcare sector preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with physicians, staff, patients, and external partners.
- Leadership and collaboration: The ability to lead and oversee projects and collaborate with various departments across the practice.
- Creativity and adaptability: A creative and proactive mindset to develop new strategies and adapt to the ever-changing healthcare market and patient needs.
