We currently have an exciting opportunity for a New Patient Coordinator.
The New Patient Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients over the phone, by answering a multi line phone, scheduling appointments, give a WOW experience to all new patients by providing exceptional customer service, and walk them through their new journey. This is a traveling position, some of the locations are: Moulton, 38th St, Lakeway, Avery Ranch.
Skills Required
- **1 year of orthodontic or dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person**
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Friendly and welcoming personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Hold yourself to a high standard of performance
- Experience with Dolphin software is a plus
